Job summary

M3 Communications is seeking a Product Designer to design simple, intuitive digital products for web and mobile. You’ll work with product, engineering, and business teams to translate ideas into user-friendly experiences.

Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI, while maintaining design systems and iterating based on user data and research. Strong portfolio and collaboration with developers are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Strong portfolio showing real product work (not just visuals).
• Experience with tools like Figma.
• Understanding of UX principles and user research basics.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clean designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
