Job summary

Juspay is seeking a UX designer to translate product requirements into mockups, prototypes, and pixel-perfect visuals. You will own the user experience, collaborating closely with the product team to deliver elegant, user-centered designs.

You should have a strong taste for typography and simplicity, mastery of design tools like Photoshop, Balsamiq, Sketch, and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS. You’ll thrive in a team environment and enjoy shipping great products.

Qualifications

• A degree in Visual Arts/ Graphic Design/ Interactive Design/ UX.
• A very good taste in design, typography and believe in Simplicity: Good design is invisible.
• Unwavering command over your tools of trade – Photoshop, Balsamiq, Sketch etc.
• Working knowledge and expertise in writing good HTML & CSS will be an added advantage.
• Be bohemian, enthusiastic and have an ability to work well as part of a team.
• Be courageous to try new things and stop doing things that don’t work.
• You are always shipping!

As part of the design team you will

• Work closely with the product team and translate requirements into mockups, prototypes and pixel-perfect visual designs.

• Pour yourself into the product and own the entire user experience of the product.

• Analyze and understand user’s needs, articulate design decisions and document design guidelines.

You should ideally have

• A degree in Visual Arts/ Graphic Design/ Interactive Design/ UX. If you don’t have a degree in any of these disciplines and think you’re game, don’t shy away from applying for this position.
