Reveal HealthTech partners with a range of clients across the health care and life sciences industries to improve their use of data via machine learning and AI to better serve their own customers and patients.

We're looking for an early‑career UX/UI designer to join our product design team and help design the front ends to these platforms. Your primary role will be to collaborate with team members across a variety of product and engineering roles to develop and design new software interfaces. This role will span all stages of development from product discovery through wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration. It may also include work on internal design projects for brand development and marketing purposes.

Requirements

• Research client needs, competitors, and related products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups in Figma
• Take direction from more senior designers and collaborate by building on each other’s ideas
• Juggle multiple projects at once and finish tasks on time
• Problem‑solve on your own and know when to ask for feedback
• Raise your hand when you’re stuck, rather than quietly struggling
• Learn how to collaborate effectively within project teams by asking questions as necessary
• Help with internal side projects, including design for sales collateral, our website, slide decks, etc.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, human‑computer interaction, user experience, front‑end development, or another related field
• Be proficient in one or more design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Have a working knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Understand the software application design process
• Be receptive to critique and implement feedback proactively
• Show eagerness to learn and grow in all things design
• Start‑up experience or freelance (corporate, software, web, agency) is a plus
