Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who has a knack for creativity and empathy and loves putting users front and center in their designs. It would be exciting to flex UX design skills from research to prototyping. This role is on site in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Explore user research, analyze data, and craft product strategies using advanced methods, while collaborating with the team for implementation.
• Craft information architecture, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and IA systems to optimize user journeys across products and websites.
• Chalk out interactive prototypes from basic to complex projects, including animations and micro-interactions.
• Work with Figma, enhance interactions, collaborate with teammates, and refine prototypes for realistic products.
• Apply user-centered design principles and focus on user empathy throughout product development.
• Conduct usability testing, brainstorm enhancements, and explore diverse testing methods.
• Interact with clients and maintain regular communication to deliver tasks and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• An impressive portfolio of case studies that highlight your strengths.
• Bachelors/Masters in design or UX Certification (HFI) is helpful; self-trained designers with relevant experience are welcome.
• Hands-on design tool experience; Figma proficiency is a must.
• Ability to meet deadlines, uphold organizational values, take ownership, and maintain transparency.
• Creative thinker with the ability to offer unique, original ideas and think outside the box.
• eagerness to learn, apply theory in practice, and translate complex information into tasks.
• Experience brainstorming and designing solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
