Job summary

Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Formwork Design Engineer in Ahmedabad to support R&D in formwork, scaffolding, shoring, and falsework systems.

The role focuses on design, testing, and optimization, with collaboration across manufacturing and project teams. Ideal candidates have a Civil/Mechanical background, 4–8 years of formwork experience, and strong CAD tool proficiency including AutoCAD and MS Excel. Autodesk Inventor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-8 years of experience in formwork design, temporary works, or product development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, load calculations, steel/aluminum components, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular formwork and temporary works systems.
• Prepare engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical documentation.
• Conduct prototype testing, product validation, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and project teams.
• Drive product innovation, value engineering, and cost optimization.
• Develop Excel-based calculation tools and standardized design templates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.
