About the role

You’ll be a hands-on, high-agency designer with a strong product mindset. You won't just be pushing pixels; you'll design how users create, train, and launch Voice AI agents while deeply understanding the metrics that drive user success.

Working closely with engineering and product teams, you’ll ship real features, run funnel analytics, and drive product ideation. If you enjoy sitting at the intersection of design, engineering, data, and business, this role is for you.

What you'll own

• End-to-end product experiences: Convert user needs into high-impact UI flows, visual designs, and lightweight brand assets. You own the journey from vision to execution to launch.
• Funnel analytics & ideation (The "PM Hat"): You aren't just designing screens; you're looking at the data. You will analyze user drop-offs, ideate on funnel improvements, and use metrics to inform your design decisions.
• Pattern recognition: Spot recurring friction points in how customers build or deploy agents, name the underlying abstraction, and design a scalable UI solution for the core platform.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work deeply with engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Maintain a high design bar while moving fast.

What this role is not

• It is not just a UI or Graphic Design role. If you only want to work on visuals and mockups without understanding the underlying data, user journey, or business constraints, this isn't the right fit.
• It is not wireframing in a silo. You will actively co-own outcomes with engineering and product, making trade-offs to get production-ready experiences shipped.

What you bring

• We do not require formal credentials or a specific number of years. Show us your portfolio— that’s what matters. We want to see your problem-solving process, not just the final polish.
• Product & Analytics sense: You think deeply about why a feature exists, how it impacts conversion funnels, and how to measure its success.
• Visual & UX craft: Strong ability to design clean, intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows.
• Execution instinct: A strong bias toward shipping and getting things into users' hands. Comfort working through ambiguity in an early-stage product.
• Bonus: The ability to get into the technical details with engineering partners.

Success in this role looks like

• Successfully designing and owning core product flows that go live to users.
• Identifying at least one major funnel bottleneck through analytics, ideating a solution, and designing the fix.
• Seamlessly integrating into a fast-paced team where engineers and PMs actively seek out your perspective on product strategy, not just visuals.
