Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm's Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk mission. The function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong controls culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies, measures, and monitors adherence. The team works closely with Business, Controls, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit functions to provide expertise on risk matters, assess and measure related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's control environment. This Analyst role provides exposure to key programs, analytics, and automation initiatives and requires partnership across Business, Finance, Digitalization, Operations and Technology groups.
As an Analyst within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk, you will be responsible for a broad range of product, business analysis, and testing activities. You will partner with stakeholders across Business, Finance, Digitalization, Operations and Technology groups to gather and document requirements and support change management activities. You will work with Technology partners to review business requirements and prioritize work for sprint planning using JIRA. You will create and execute testing artifacts, manage stakeholders through user acceptance testing phases, and support release readiness activities. You will identify and support data testing, analyze test results, and report key metrics to Senior Management.
