About the Role

We are building Nium's Product Compliance function as a strategic capability that enables safe, scalable global growth. As a Product Compliance Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Engineering and AI. You will help ensure that Nium's products are designed, launched and operated in line with regulatory expectations across multiple jurisdictions. This role goes beyond interpreting regulation. You will understand how products and payment flows work end-to-end, identify regulatory and financial crime risks, and work with Product and Engineering teams to design practical controls directly into the product and operating model. We are looking for a builder and systems thinker who can turn complex regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.
