Job summary

Commenda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Builder to work in Bangalore or Seattle, building with Claude and AI tools to ship scripts, internal tools, prototypes, and features. You will sit with customers and engineers, coordinate with product GMs, and own outcomes rather than tasks. New grads welcome and the role is in-person.

You will join a high-agency, fast-paced team that loves tackling messy ops and hard data, delivering tangible outcomes beyond slide decks.

Product Builder

Commenda is the global business engine — one platform to incorporate, file taxes, and stay compliant across 70+ countries. The problems are real and messy: foreign tax authorities, filing deadlines, customers stuck at 11pm. We build software to solve them.

This is not a write-PRDs-and-hand-them-off job. You sit in the customer's seat, find what's actually broken, and ship the fix — using Claude and whatever other AI tools get you there fastest. You'll work directly with engineers and coordinate with the GMs who own each product. We'll train you on tax and compliance.

What you'll do

• Go deep on customer and ops problems until you understand them better than anyone here.
• Build. Use Claude and AI tools to ship scripts, internal tools, prototypes, and features — not slide decks.
• Work side by side with engineers and coordinate with product GMs to get things shipped.
• Find and bring in new tools and models before anyone asks.
• Own the outcome, not the task.

Who you are

• High agency. You move on problems without being told.
• You build with AI. You already use Claude or similar to make real things, fast.
• You can code, or taught yourself enough to ship and will get good quickly.
• Hands dirty. Messy ops, ugly data, hard customers — none of it is beneath you.
