Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years

We are looking for someone familiar with payments processing, conversion funnel
optimisation, measuring incremental conversion. Good knowledge of A/B testing strategies
(full life cycle starting with sizing, monitoring the impact and communicating the results to
leadership), experience working with engineers to provide instrumentation requirements
and strong communication/presentation skills.
Knowledge of statistical techniques – Regression / Clustering / Segmentation / etc will also
help.
