Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, SaaS Analytics, or related domains.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working on relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, and Hex.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap and Segment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional product environments.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Product Analyst to support the growth, optimization, and performance of an AI-powered Commercial Real Estate (CRE) platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, Customer Insights, and Business Strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing product usage, customer behavior, and operational workflows to generate actionable insights that improve user adoption, engagement, automation efficiency, and overall customer experience across AI-driven products.

The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams to define KPIs, measure feature performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic product decisions. Experience working with AI products, AIpowered platforms, or workflow automation systems will be a strong advantage.
