The Team

This resource will be part of Global Procurement, based out of India, reporting to the Category Leader.

The Role

We are looking for someone who has good experience in strategic sourcing across different categories. Hands-on experience in a Global Procurement environment would be a plus.

What you’ll bring

1.5-8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing

• Strong negotiation skills with understanding of preparation CSs and approval notes
• Stakeholder engagement and good business acumen
• Understanding of local and global tax scenarios and compliances
• Team player in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of ERPs like Oracle is an advantage
• Experience in handling RFPs and reverse auctions
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Eager to learn the new process and be agile to changes
• Key behavioural skills: Accountability and Ownership, Ethics and Integrity
