Job summary

Doceree is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the Finance team in India. The role oversees end-to-end procurement, drives cost efficiency, ensures compliance, and builds strong vendor partnerships across geographies, aligning with Doceree’s global finance strategy and growth plans.

You will lead policy development, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize procurement spend and automation initiatives, supporting global expansion.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Procurement/Sourcing experience in multinational or fast-growing org.
• Experience across geographies (India, US, UK preferred).
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end procurement process, driving cost efficiency, ensuring compliance, and building strong vendor partnerships across multiple geographies. This position will play a key role in aligning procurement practices with Doceree’s global finance strategy and growth plans.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement policies, processes, and best practices aligned with global standards.
• Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, etc.) to meet business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships proactively.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and audit requirements across geographies.
• Work closely with Finance leadership to forecast budgets and track procurement spend.
• Lead automation and digitization initiatives in procurement processes for efficiency.
• Support global expansion plans by establishing scalable vendor ecosystems.

Qualifications & Experience

• UG/PG in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience handling procurement across geographies (India, US, UK preferred).
• Good understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to procurement automation tools/ERP systems is a plus.
