Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Operations Senior Analyst to lead a team of Buyers and oversee end-to-end procurement management. You will drive cost-saving initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and implement strategies to optimize buying processes across projects.

You will monitor performance, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure timely order processing and delivery while maintaining governance and adherence to procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager along with strong understanding of best procurement practices and vendor management.
• Strong experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage performance and motivate a team to meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

What would you do?

• Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
