Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Analyst in Bengaluru to join the procurement management team. You will move beyond PO processing to help clients realize savings from their purchasing.

The role involves a systematic approach to buying goods and services, identifying needs, qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating, contracting, delivery and evaluating results. 3–5 years of experience and a graduation are required.

What would you do?

• Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable.
• It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
