Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Procurement Operations Associate to join the procurement management team. You will handle voice and non-voice support (emails, chats, phone calls) and work in a night shift from 21:00 to 06:30.

You should have 1 to 3 years of experience with any graduation, strong written and spoken communication, and be able to support procurement processes, supplier setup, and catalog maintenance using SAP Procure-to-Pay.

Responsibilities

• Voice + Non-Voice support (emails, chats, phone calls).
• Work as part of the Procurement management team to handle procurement processes from need identification to supplier negotiations and delivery.
• Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Set up and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user data, and procurement applications for efficient transactions.
• Comply with procurement policies and maximize process efficiency.

• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Analyze and design the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation based on detailed understanding of technologies involved and best practice process output measures.
• Provide the setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data and procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions, and to help maximize compliance. What are we looking for?
