Qualifications

• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Interest to develop in procurement or logistics.
• Previous work experience in procurement, AP or supply chain optional.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn SAP, Ariba and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivering support to business via e-mail and phone.
• Processing items in SAP, Ariba and related workflows.
• Supporting Procurement Administration department in routine tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Interest to develop in procurement or logistics area
• Previous work experience (Procurement, AP, Supply Chain) or strong background of voluntary activities
• Able to work in MS Office environment, especially Excel
• Willingness to learn new IT systems (SAP, Ariba etc)
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
