We are looking for

Procurement Associate Buyer

at one of our locations of One Mobility Group in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Purchasing Request, Purchasing Order´s and Price Change process management based on given rules if applicable
• Monitoring and tracking of special orders in quantity and time
• Invoice checking and handling
• Creation and maintenance of Master data in ERP-Systems à Betti (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools (e.g. Ivoflow Qlik, Action List)
• RFQ Management based on given rules (e.g. Process & tracking, checking for completeness, creating initial quotation comparison based on specified standards, benchmarks)
• Support of commodity procurement (system analysis, evaluation, preparation, travel, organization)
• Support of the global organization in procurement request like conflict materials
• Document exchange with supplier (e.g, Specifications, Drawings etc.)
• General Procurement office organization (Filing, appointment planning, organization of business travel and meetings, general correspondence with suppliers,..)

• Qualification:- Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent business knowledge
• Experience in Procurement
• Supplier and Internal communication
• 2-3 Years of Experience in automotive industry
