Job summary

NetApp seeks a Procurement Systems Analyst to drive the next phase of digital procurement transformation from Bengaluru. You will design intelligent, scalable workflows and integrate procurement platforms with ERP and other systems.

With 2–5 years’ experience, you will leverage AI, low-code techniques, and API integrations to enhance speed, compliance, and user experience across the organization. This is a contract-based, 12-month role.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage procurement intake forms and dynamic workflows.
  • Develop conditional logic, branching, and intelligent routing mechanisms.
  • Configure approval matrices, escalation paths, and notification systems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system workflows.
  • Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and TAT.
  • Design and manage system integrations using REST APIs and JSON payloads.
  • Ensure secure data exchange and align with authentication standards.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate procurement platforms with ERP and risk tools.
  • Identify AI-driven opportunities to reduce manual intervention and improve decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and support testing and deployment.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-impact Procurement Systems Analyst to drive the next phase of digital procurement transformation. This role goes beyond system configuration—it is about building scalable, intelligent procurement workflows that improve speed, compliance, and user experience across the organization.

You will own and evolve our procurement orchestration platform (Omnea), translating complex business processes into streamlined, automated workflows. A key part of this role is leveraging AI, integrations, and low-code technologies to eliminate manual effort, enhance decision-making, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

This is a highly visible role working across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security, with direct influence on how procurement operates at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Workflow and System Configuration
  • Design, build, and manage procurement intake forms and dynamic workflows
  • Develop conditional logic, branching, and intelligent routing mechanisms
  • Configure approval matrices, escalation paths, and notification systems
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system workflows
  • Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and TAT
Integration and Automation
  • Design and manage system integrations using HTTPS-based APIs and RESTful services
  • Work with JSON payloads for data exchange between procurement platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, finance, risk tools, etc.)
  • Configure and troubleshoot API-based integrations, webhooks, and event-driven workflows
  • Ensure secure data exchange aligned with enterprise authentication and encryption standards
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate procurement platforms with internal and external systems
Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards
  • Maintain structured documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records
  • Ensure integrations and workflows comply with data security, privacy, and governance requirements
AI and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps and proactively introduce process improvements
  • Leverage AI tools to improve day-to-day operations and decision-making
  • Apply prompt engineering and automate repetitive tasks
  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to reduce manual intervention
  • Ensure AI usage aligns with enterprise security and governance standards
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security teams
  • Gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive adoption of new workflows
  • Support testing (UAT), deployment, and continuous enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues and act as a go-to expert for workflow optimization
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in procurement operations or S2P platforms & workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience designing forms, workflows, and approval processes

Technical and Integration Skills
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, HTTPS protocols, and system integrations
  • Experience handling JSON data structures, API requests/responses, and payload mapping
  • Familiarity with integration concepts like authentication (OAuth, API keys), webhooks, and middleware
AI and Digital Skills
  • Practical experience using GenAI / Copilot tools in daily work
  • Ability to apply AI for workflow optimization, automation, and insights
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven outputs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with procurement or S2P platforms (Oracle Cloud, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
  • M365 (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools
  • Understanding of procurement operations and approval governance
  • Exposure to API integrations, automation platforms, or iPaaS tools (e.g., N8N, Logic Apps, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI-powered automation or digital assistants
Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field

Certifications
  • AI / GenAI certifications (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, Prompt Engineering)
  • Workflow or automation certifications
