Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking a Senior Associate for Procure to Pay. The role requires handling P2P processes end-to-end, deploying best practices, and driving improvements across IP PO, NonPO, e-Invoicing, expenses, payments, and related P2P tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of P2P experience, strong SAP knowledge, and excellent English communication skills. Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in Commerce required.
• 3-5 years of experience in P2P processes.
• Fluent English communication (oral and written).
• Proficient with SAP system and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the P2P process independently and proactively deploy best practices and process improvements on IP PO & NonPO, e-Invoicing, My Expenses, Payments, VMD creation & updation, P2P Helpdesk, PO Processor Admin, Year end activities, Monitoring & Reporting and Audits.

Responsibilities :-

We are looking for a senior associate P2P resource, who can own the P2P process independently and proactively deploy best practices and process improvements on IP PO & NonPO, e-Invoicing, My Expenses, Payments, VMD – creation & Updation, P2P Helpdesk, PO Processor Admin, Year end activity, Monitoring & Reporting (Debit balance, GR-IR Vendor Recon) & Audits

Skills & Experience :-

• Masters in Commerce / Bachelor in Commerce.
• 3-4+ experience and understanding of P2P processes.
• A thorough knowledge of SAP system is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
• Act with integrity, tact and diplomacy
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Good time management skills and flexible within role.
• Remain approachable under pressure
• Pro-actively solve problems & deploy best practices in P2P
• Flexible for shifts.
