Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an entry-level Procure to Pay Operations New Associate in Bengaluru. You will support accounts payable activities, reconcile transactions and help determine financial outcomes by analyzing data from procurement and finance processes. 0–1 year of experience and a BCom qualification are preferred.

You will join a dynamic finance operations team, work with standard processes, and may rotate shifts as required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• BCom degree as required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data, analyzing reports and reconciling transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable processes including invoicing, purchasing, receiving, and 2-way/3-way match.
• Support general ledger accounts and ensure timely, accurate billing and procurement-related entries.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• boosting vendor compliance cutting savings erosion improving discount capture using preferred suppliers and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning purchasing and receiving Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing implementing managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes policies and applications The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices managing purchase and non purchase orders and two way and three way matching of invoices
• A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.
• Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account. What are we looking for?
