Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Procure to Pay Operations Manager in Jaipur to lead Accounts Payable processing. You will oversee end-to-end P2P activities, ensure accurate invoice posting, and manage vendor relations while driving process improvements within the Finance Operations vertical.

The ideal candidate has 13–18 years of experience in P2P/AP, strong SAP and COUPA Payables expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams across locations.

Qualifications

• BCom, CA Inter or ICWA(Inter) qualifications.
• 13 to 18 years of experience in P2P/Accounts Payable.
• Experience in Finance Operations and processes is required.

• Ensure availability of resources within the team and effective management of the team.
• Monitor & evaluate the performance of the team in all areas.
• Ensure results align with metrics and operating plan.
• Define standards and reusable approaches within a broad operational framework.
• Initiate and design business process excellence improvements.

• Maintain client service relationship in the PTP tower and act as first point of contact.

What would you do?

• In Invoice Processing Operations you will ensure efficient and accurate processing of expense invoices or claims in adherence with client policy and procedures. You will be working on audit claims in accordance with client policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.

• Boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
