Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an experienced Procure to Pay Operations Manager to lead AP processing in Jaipur. You will align with Finance Operations to optimize data collection, reconciliation and reporting across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

The role requires 13–18 years of relevant experience, strong SAP/COUPA knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and manage client relations within Accenture's global Finance Operations

Qualifications

• BCom/CA Inter/ICWA(Inter) qualification.
• 13–18 years experience in Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable.
• Experience with SAP and COUPA Payables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to collect data, perform analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Work in Procure to Pay Processing for end-to-end procurement and financial processes.
• Handle invoice processing, policy compliance and audit claims per client policies.
• Manage AP activities: timely billing, PO/Non-PO, 2-way and 3-way matching.
• Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality client service in PTP.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data or reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.


• You will be working as a part of Procure to Pay Processing team which is responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving which denotes order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end.

• In Invoice Processing Operations you will ensure efficient and accurate processing of expense invoices or claims in adherence with client policy and procedures. You will be working on audit claims in accordance with client policies and procedures. What are we looking for?


• managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
