You'll collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure accurate payables and compliant financial practices in a fast-paced rail industry environment.

Qualifications

Youll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our Procure to Pay processes, which are vital to our financial operations. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR), managing payables, disbursements, and travel and expense processes, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of validating and processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and handling employee expense claims, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality video coding and consistently meeting turnaround times (TAT)
• Accurate and timely processing of transactions
• Adherence to internal controls and policies
• Effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
• Active participation in root cause analysis for issue resolution
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
• Supporting the team in achieving financial accuracy and compliance
• Adhering to set processes and SOPs in the day-to-day execution of tasks
• Performing root cause analysis on critical issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions
