Job summary

Vandey Global Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Process & Systems Analyst with 3–4 years of IT operations and application support experience to optimize business processes and technology services.

You will administer enterprise applications, coordinate with departments, support IT infrastructure, manage vendors, and drive continuous improvement through automation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters in IT, CS, MCA or related field.
• 3–4 years in IT Operations, Application Support, or IT Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho applications and exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications such as Zoho, SAP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HRMS, ERP, CRM, Helpdesk and other business-critical platforms.
• Perform user administration, access management, basic configurations, workflow setup and application troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient process solutions.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, printers, laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and basic firewall/network configurations.
• Support digital transformation projects by evaluating and recommending technology-driven process enhancements.
• Facilitate user training and change management activities during the rollout of new processes, systems, or applications.
• Manage vendor relationships, AMC renewals, service agreements, and support escalations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of IT equipment and accessories.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
