Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of higher in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Engineering or equivalent.
• Certificering in Basware, SAP FICO of S/4 HANA is gewenst.
• 10+ jaren ervaring in Finance/Accounting of ERP CoE, met minimaal 5+ jaar in P2P ontwerp.
• Bewezen ervaring in visualisatie en solution design.
• SAP FSCM-ervaring is kritisch voor deze rol.
• Sterke samenwerking met cross-functionele teams en IT/operaties.

Responsibilities

• Beheer end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) procesarchitectuur en oplossingsontwerp voor ABB’s wereldwijde financiёle systemen.
• Leid sessies om bedrijfsbehoeften om te zetten in schaalbare systeemoplossingen.
• Toezicht houden op evaluatie en governance van financiële applicatieoplossingen.
• Samenwerken met solution architects, applicatiemanagers en projectstakeholders voor integratie.
• Druk door continue verbetering; documentatie en naleving van standaarden en beleid bevorderen.

As the Finance Process Solution and Data Architect, this individual is responsible for owning the end-to-end finance business process architecture and solution design for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain across all relevant global finance applications. The role plays a critical part in bridging business and technology by translating finance business requirements into effective system solutions while collaborating closely with functional architects and application teams across the finance ecosystem. In addition to ensuring seamless process integration, standardization, and data governance throughout the P2P lifecycle, the individual is responsible for defining and driving the future-state architecture, identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation, and developing strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with evolving business objectives. This visionary role ensures that finance processes, applications, and data structures are scalable, efficient, and positioned to support long-term organizational growth and innovation.

Your roles and responsibilitie s

• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process architecture and solution design across ABB’s global finance systems, including defining and driving the technology roadmap for future enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Lead business requirements discussions and solution workshops, translating business needs into scalable system solutions while determining the optimal use of standard functionality, enhancements, and process workarounds.
• Review, approve, and govern new and existing finance application solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, process integrity, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, application managers, service teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across finance applications, prioritization of business demand, and alignment of functional and technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by maintaining process design documentation, identifying and resolving recurring design issues, recommending architecture improvements and new technologies, and promoting adherence to corporate finance and IS standards and policies.

Qualifications for the Role :

• Bachelor Degree or post graduation in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Engineering or similar field
• Certification in Basware, SAP FICO or S/4 HANA ideally in Central Finance is desired
• 10+ years of work experience in Finance and Accounting or business operations or with ERP Centre of Excellence, of which at least 5+ years of process design and solutioning experience covering P2P.
• Proven track record of visualization and creating solution designs, leading design thinking sessions for a specific service line solution and leading implementation teams for respective solutions.
• SAP FSCM experience is critical for this role.
• Solid track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including P2P business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
