Job Description
Position Summary

The Rockwell Smart Process solution offers unified process control solutions that use the Rockwell advanced Integrated Architecture platform to increase customer productivity and value add.

As Process Partner Enablement Leader, you will be responsible for engaging, coordinating, developing, implementing, and driving enablement programs for the identified Process System Integrators across Asia Pacific countries for growing the Rockwell Smart Process Automation Solution offerings. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, instructional programs, and materials for our partner network to promote Rockwell's Smart Process Solution offerings.

You will work closely with the Rockwell Automation Business units, Market access team, sub-regional team, global engineering team, and other key stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation, and ongoing enablement support to our Process System Integrator communities focusing on the Smart process program.

You will maintain communication with the global and AP partner enablement team, regional market access team, commercial operations team, business units, etc., to ensure expectations are clearly defined and effectiveness is measured and communicated.

You will leverage modern learning strategies, assessments, and instructional technology to address knowledge gaps based on partner requirements and expectations, with a specific focus on the Smart Process program. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and regionalization of content development, resources, and tools based on subregion/country needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Define the framework and execute partner enablement initiatives to grow and exceed the target for the Smart process offerings through identified Process System Integrator partners.
  2. Work with regional and sub-regional engineering teams to assess System Integrator partner capabilities and maturity levels, identify gaps, and determine enablement needs.
  3. Develop tailored training plans based on partner needs, including formal education, on-the-job training, and e-learning modules.
  4. Coordinate with various teams to develop, communicate, and deliver training and awareness sessions on Rockwell capabilities and solutions.
  5. Build and maintain a knowledge repository with product and solution SMEs, and ensure content is accessible and regionalized.
  6. Identify training audiences, set priorities, and determine resource requirements for content development and delivery.
  7. Establish partnerships within the ecosystem to support development and delivery of training resources.
  8. Create training materials such as courseware, webcasts, and demos, leveraging subject matter experts.
  9. Communicate with infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  10. Deliver training sessions to partner and internal teams.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of technical experience in process automation, with knowledge of ecosystem partner networks.
  • Understanding of current market trends in Cyber, Digital, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Experience with service contracts roles.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Knowledge of process industry trends and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Power, Cyber/Digital, MES, and Model Predictive Control.
  • Experience in channel management and working with distributors.
  • Understanding of System Integrator requirements and market trends in process and service contracts.
  • Leadership skills, change management experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage matrix teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with good coordination skills.
