Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Mining Consultant (Level 1) to lead multiple Process Mining engagements in India. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on solution development, governance of data pipelines, and mentoring teams. Experience in OCPM and strong SQL skills are essential.

Ideal candidates will drive automation, AI-enabled optimization, and advanced process analytics, while managing stakeholder relations and delivery risks across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple Process Mining implementation teams across concurrent engagements.
• Mandatory expertise in OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining).
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS.
