Job summary

Clean Harbors India seeks an experienced District Branch Admin to support a group of facilities as a corporate function. You will oversee and manage administrative and clerical operations for the facility network.

You will lead TSA SKE/FSA professionals, drive process improvements, monitor workflows, develop KPIs, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Operations experience in AP/AR or helpdesk.
• Bachelors/Masters degree required or equivalent.
• Experience leading and coaching analytical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to work with US leadership.

Job Overview

The District Branch Admin (DBA) team primarily responsibility to support a group of facilities as a corporate function. Oversees and manages the administrative and clerical functions of the facility operations.

• managing the administrative services provided for Technical Services group Safety-Kleen Environmental/Field Service making sure services provided on time and accurately
• You will manage a team of TSA SKE/FSA professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful execution of TSA initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of TSA SKE/FSA professionals, including hiring, training, mentoring and performance management
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of work requests from the production network through monitoring workflow and reviewing capacity, creating product level metrics, delivering feedback to requesters and team members, and training team members on new skills
• Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs
• Develop process metrics and KPIs for the team and report them out to senior leadership on regular interval
• Review effectiveness of quality control function by analysing data and managing resource quality scores
• Making sure escalations are handled effectively and dealt with CAPA framework
• Implement sustainable best practices for management, standardization, and capture of data.
• Ensure policies and procedures are documented, followed, and updated as needed
• Drive and mentor change management within TSA SKE/FSA group
• Engage with business functions and leadership to identify existing gaps in process and establish control
• Establish and drive data tracking and management mechanism within the team
• Audit the quality of TSA/ SKE/FSA associates work and share periodic constructive feedback
• Conduct regular one on one with the direct reports and prepare EWS ( Early Warning System)
• Conduct annual and semi-annual appraisals for Direct Reports
  

Qualifications

Functional & Technical Requirements

• 6-10 years of Operations experience. preferably in Accounts payable / Accounts receivables / Customer or Supplier helpdesk
• Business related Bachelors/Master’s Degree
• Experience leading and coaching teams of analysts; developing career paths and opportunities
• Excellent written and speaking communication skills; highly proactive; previous experience working with US-based leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in metrics-based decision making with an emphasis on reading and interpreting data
• Experience in remote transition
• Excellent in change management and Lean Six Sigma concept
• Excellent leadership skills and track record delivery through teams and integrating business and technology stakeholders
