Job summary

Onestep Job Consulting in Chennai (Kandanchavadi) is seeking a Process Lead for US Property Accounting. The role requires stepping into Senior Analyst responsibilities with expertise in General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close on US GAAP standards.

The position is a permanent night shift and work-from-office in Chennai. Desired candidates have 5+ years of General Ledger experience and familiarity with Yardi/MRI; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle & review General Ledger and F&A activities.
• Manage month-end closing, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Handle Fixed Assets, Inter-company & Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting activities are performed as per US GAAP.
• Review team members' work and resolve accounting queries/escalations.
• Support year-end tax audit reporting and SLA adherence.

About the Role

Are you a Senior Analyst looking to step up? We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented accounting professionals with experience in US Property Accounting, General Ledger, Reconciliations, and Month-End Close activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle & review General Ledger and F&A activities.
• Manage month-end closing, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Handle Fixed Assets, Inter-company & Balance Sheet reconciliations.

• Team handling experience of minimum 1 year required.
