Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Process Engineer to support Commercial Excellence within Intelligent Systems & AI. You will design and optimize end-to-end commercial processes, align with IT applications, and help standardize product models, quotes, orders, and invoicing across markets.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, leading workshops, driving AI and automation, and training end-users while building communities of practice and tracking performance.

You would be part of the Intelligent Systems & AI organization. You would collaborate with business, markets and transformation teams part of Accelerate! Program driving sustainable improvement of software supply chain, operations, pricing, sales, delivery & install base management capabilities across Philips.
In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute to the solutions transformation in Philips. As a Commercial Business Capability Expert, you have a broad audience in the business and markets organization with a specific focus on Commercial backbone processes. You will contribute to standardization and scalability of Product model and catalog design, Opportunity management, Quoting, Subscription and Contract Management, Order booking, Billing and Invoicing. Key deliverables include Process design, feature detailing, business alignment, scrum engagements, development oversight, supporting business onboarding, supporting adoption, QMS adoption, training end-users etc.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
