Job summary

IBM Consulting in Mysuru, India, seeks a Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R) to join our delivery team. You will perform general accounting activities including reconciliations, balance sheets, fixed assets, inter‑company and cash processes, and prepare accurate financial reporting for client engagements.

You will coordinate audits, post journal entries, and maintain timely adherence to SLAs. Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
• Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.
• Posting Journal entries and recording the transaction in the ERP.
• Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), you are responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include
