IBM India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report to support IBM Consulting's BPO unit. You will manage general accounting, reconciliations, Balance Sheet and P&L reporting, and ensure accuracy across inter‑company transactions and fixed assets.

The role requires 4–6 years in R2R, proficiency with ERP and MS Office, and the ability to coordinate audits and meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
• Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.
• Posting Journal entries and recording the transaction in the ERP.
• Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews

Responsabilités

• Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
• Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability, and propose appropriate actions.
• Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines.
• Oversee general accounting including reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L, and ERP data integrity.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), you are responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user.
