Process Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Review and provide external recommendations on changes to the existing MIM process.
2. Document the MIM process, including escalation paths, communication protocols, roles, and responsibilities.
3. Establish clear communication channels for stakeholders, including senior management, affected users, and technical teams.
4. Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

Additional Requirements:

Immediate joiner or a notice period of 15 days.
