Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) Hyderabad is seeking a Graduate with 2+ years of international customer service experience to support chat and mobile messaging channels. The role requires night shifts with rotational off, a 50 WPM typing speed, and excellent communication.

The incumbent will deliver world-class service, build relationships, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining quality and productivity targets. Cab facility provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service via web chat, mobile messaging and other channels.
• Build relationships with customers, providing first contact resolution and positive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to offer products based on customers’ needs.
• Meet quality, compliance and productivity targets.
• Navigate systems to service customers and their online/mobile platforms.
• Document payment details, changes in customer details, and travel notifications.

• Should be ok with night shift and rotational off.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service, while responding to Customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels (web chat, mobile messaging, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution, and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer
• Enhance our customers experience by identifying opportunities to offer products based on Cardmembers’ needs.
• Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
• Navigate computer systems and applications to service our customers and enable them to get the most from our online and mobile platforms.
• Document necessary information, such as payment details, Customers change of details, change of address and travel notifications.
