Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Banking

In this role, you will be responsible for working on commercial lending deals for an Australian bank in a newly transitioned process. You will function as an expert for a business lending loan and collaborate closely with clients and ensure correct processing of the loan request and first-time right response to the end customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead client operations commercial loan activities – Originations / Booking / Servicing
• Bring domain expertise in commercial loans operations
• Partner with the transition and transformation teams to set new operations
• Speak publicly with risk and customers to resolve daily operational queries
• Answer risk and customer queries within stipulated timelines
• Collaborate with risk, closing, and onboarding teams to understand the loan structure of upcoming accounts
• Prepare and send admin details to maintain smooth communication channels

Qualifications

• University graduate (B.Com./BBA)
