Job summary

Leedon Park seeks an Investment Analyst in India to join the transaction execution team. You will analyze CIMs and teasers, build investment summaries, and support due diligence across financial, operational, and legal workstreams.

You'll work with senior investment professionals, develop market maps, financial models, and valuation analyses, and contribute to deal flow for live acquisitions in a dynamic private equity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory Services (Big Four), Valuation, or Corporate Development.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and teaser materials.

This role offers significant exposure to live acquisitions, management teams, lenders, advisors, and institutional investors. Successful candidates will work directly with senior investment professionals and develop skills typically acquired at leading investment banks and private equity firms.

Responsibilities

Industry & Market Research

• Research industries, competitors, market trends, and acquisition targets

• Assist with strategic initiatives across the firm

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:

• Experience supporting U.S. transactions
• Exposure to lower middle market M&A
• Financial modeling experience
• Experience reviewing Quality of Earnings reports
• CFA Level I or progress toward CFA designation

Working Hours
