Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai seeks an experienced Private Banking Advisor to lead the service team and uphold the bank's standards in client service and compliance. The role requires 10–15 years in banking, strong leadership, and the ability to leverage AI tools to boost productivity and client outcomes, with emphasis on cross-selling and cost

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 10-15 years in banking focused on customer service and operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to KYC & AML guidelines and audits.
• Lead a team of Customer Service Executives and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor expenses, control costs, waiver tracking and lead management.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within agreed TAT.
• Display and implement Regulatory Circulars in the area; maintain compliance.
• Control access to Cash/Locker area and maintain security protocols.
