Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, law or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or IT risk.
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on privacy and data protection experience.
• Strong understanding of privacy principles, data governance, regulatory frameworks.
• Experience implementing privacy controls and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Translate privacy requirements into actionable tasks for engineering and business teams.
• Design and implement privacy controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to track and deliver privacy controls on time.
• Support PbD initiatives and ensure execution of applicable controls.

• Act as a coordination point to support continuity across teams.
• Mentor team members and align with privacy and governance practices.

Our Data Privacy and Information Security team works closelywith clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, readiness, and continuous improvement in privacy and security frameworks

As a Privacy Analyst, you will primarily focus on operational privacy and data governance activities while also taking on leadership responsibilities to guide teams and support key initiatives. This isa full-time role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in privacy,data protection, and governance, along with the ability to drive execution and team coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Translate privacy and data protection requirements intoactionable tasks for engineering and business teams
• Design and implement privacy and data protection controls in alignment withregulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to initiate, track, and ensure timelyimplementation of privacy controls
• Support Privacy by Design (PbD) initiatives and ensure execution ofapplicable controls across projects
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelydelivery of privacy initiatives
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, status, and potentialblockers
• Act as a point of contact for team coordination and support operationalcontinuity across teams
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with privacy and governancepractices
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation withinprivacy and data protection frameworks
• Support organizational compliance with global data protection regulations andinternal standards

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field
• 5-8 years of overall experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or IT risk domains
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically in privacy and data protection
• Strong understanding of privacy principles, data governance, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in implementing privacy controls and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Experience with tools such as OneTrust, BigID, or similar privacy management platforms
• Understanding of relational databases and basic data querying capabilities
• Experience handling escalations, data analysis, and operational privacy workflows
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly present findings and action items
• Work on real-world privacy and data protection challenges
• Exposure to global regulations and enterprise-level stakeholders
