Job summary

Tsaaro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Manager – Privacy to lead high-impact privacy engagements for enterprise clients. You will oversee privacy programs and provide expert advisory across global privacy regulations.

The role requires 4–7 years in Privacy/GRC or cybersecurity, strong knowledge of GDPR/CPRA/DPDP Act, hands-on DPIAs, RoPA, audits, and DSAR handling. Experience with OneTrust, Securiti.ai, or BigID is preferred. Hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Privacy, Data Protection, GRC, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL, and other global regulations.
• Hands-on experience with DPIAs, RoPA, privacy audits, incident management, and DSAR handling.
• Understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, SOC 2 frameworks.
• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001 LA/LI (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage privacy assessments including DPIAs, PIAs, RoPA, privacy gap assessments, and internal audits
• Implement and operationalize privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL, etc.)
• Develop and review privacy policies, procedures, notices, and governance documentation
• Drive incident response management, breach readiness, and remediation workflows
• Support implementation of ISO 27701, ISO 27001 controls and privacy-by-design practices
• Conduct third-party risk assessments and vendor privacy evaluations
• Advise client leadership teams on privacy posture, risks, and compliance strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of privacy programs and manage a team of consultants
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security, legal, IT, and compliance

Are you an experienced privacy professional with strong expertise in global privacy laws and hands-on experience in implementing privacy programs? Tsaaro is looking for a Manager – Privacy to join our Mumbai team and lead high-impact privacy engagements for enterprise clients.

As a Manager – Privacy, you will lead client engagements, oversee privacy compliance programs, and deliver expert advisory across global privacy regulations and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
