AtkinsRalis is seeking a Project Manager/Team Lead for large design teams in the highways consultancy space. You will translate outline briefs into design solutions and manage multi-discipline projects, providing full project management and lead consultant duties.

The role requires chartered or near-chartered civil engineers with 12–15 years of relevant experience, strong software skills (MX, Civil 3D, AutoCAD) and a proven delivery track record.

Formación

• Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed College.
• Chartered or near chartered from reputed International professional institutions.
• 12 to 15 years of consultancy experience in highways and related features.
• Experienced user of design software like MX, Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoad and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in highways design standards. (KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO)
• Experience implementing quality standards and procedures.
• A very good knowledge of working in all applications of MS Office.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Evidence of having successfully delivered highway projects.

Responsabilidades

• Ultimately responsible for correct delivery.
• Active contributor to technical promotion e.g. internal case studies, papers etc

• Managing own workload and the workload of subordinates within a matrix management structure.
• Takes responsibility for writing effective sections of technical reports

• Apply AtkinsRalis Quality, Safety Environmental (QSE) standards and Business Management System (CMS)
