We’re looking for an experienced Principal Vulnerability Management Engineer to join our Product Security team. This is a hybrid role, reporting in the Bangalore office 3 days a week. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Security Engineering, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the Vulnerability Management team in conducting regular vulnerability assessments and scans using industry‑leading tools
• Analyze and interpret scan results to identify vulnerabilities and assess their risk, providing detailed remediation guidance
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities and ensure secure deployment practices
• Develop and maintain automated processes for vulnerability scanning, reporting, and remediation tracking

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ Years of experience with minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in vulnerability management security, including implementing and operating platforms for network scanning, web application scanning and endpoint vulnerability detections
• Proficiency with vulnerability scanners from Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Crowdstrike, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP
• Proven experience with vulnerability monitoring, ensuring timely and effective vulnerability management. Strong understandingledonsecurity principles, vulnerabilities and attack vectors
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell), automation tools (Tines), ticketing systems (Avalor UVM, Nucleus, Brinqa)
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems IMF DevSecOps practices
• Cloud Security, adept at securing cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with comprehensive knowledge of cloud‑native security tools and methodologies
