We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team! This position requires influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the purchase experience across online retail seamless and delightful. The ideal candidate is excited by technology, passionate about learning and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional experience. You will need to be entrepreneurial, and work in a highly collaborative environment. You have a track record of exceptional performance and love working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm. You dive deep and like the complexity of systems but drive simple, innovative solutions for customer‑facing experiences. You have excellent judgment and high standards. You are an articulate, persuasive communicator and a good writer.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on work managing complex technology projects experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
