Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Technical Product Owner to partner with the Product Management team and deliver top-tier software/SaaS capabilities. You will work with customers, support, and engineering to define and prioritise the product backlog and ensure alignment with product strategy.

The role requires 6–10 years in similar software roles, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum. Hybrid work mode with 3 days in the Bengaluru office and IST timing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in software as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; Agile/Scrum experience.
• Technical experience in AI, App Integration, APIs, Automation, Machine Learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed product feature requirements/specifications for engineering teams.
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and theses to align with product strategy.
• Triage defects and product enhancements with Product Management.
• Mitigate roadblocks impacting release/sprint goals.
• Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for new functionalities.
• Act as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge about your product area.
• Collaborate with Engineering to balance work among features, maintenance, and technical improvements.

Role Overview :

As the Technical Product Owner, you will work with our Product Management team, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver best in class software/SaaS capabilities for Consilio. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, including customers, support and engineering teams, to define, prioritize and manage the product backlog.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed product feature requirements/specifications to be applied by the engineering teams. These requirements/specifications need to be clearly relayed to the engineers to create and develop against.
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and theses to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
• Triage incoming defects and product enhancements with Product Management
• Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
• Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to your product area.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of experience either as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role in the software industry.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into easy-to-understand requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical experience in AI, App Integration, APIs, Automation, Machine Learning a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to document details.
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

Workmode & Shift timings:

• Work mode : Hybrid ( 3 days in a week at office)
• Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST
