Job summary

Consilio LLC seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain front- and back-end systems within .NET and related tools used in eDiscovery workflows. You will participate in the full SDLC from inception to maintenance, delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities include system design, data-driven work, documentation, and collaboration across teams while ensuring InfoSec compliance. Hybrid work model with standard office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in application development including web UI and API programming.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing strategies.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new tools, languages, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain moderately to highly complex solutions addressing information and analytical needs.
• Handle all project lifecycle phases from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Analyze user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions interfacing with existing apps.
• Maintain documentation for work processes; update on progress.

Role Overview :

The Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for software development, maintenance, monitoring, problem resolution of both front- and back-end systems development solutions with or within .NET, Relativity or other tools that relate to eDiscovery applications, databases and workflows. This role participates in projects from all SDLC lifecycles, including inception of the project through the maintenance phase. Executing on the analyzing, writing, building and deployment of software with high quality development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of moderate to highly complex solutions (including data infrastructure, reporting, and applications) that address the informational and analytical needs of the various groups.

• Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle which include requirements definition, solution design, application development, and system testing.
• Analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applications.
• Maintain documentation for all work processes and procedures.
• Make improvement suggestions and adhere to all approved work changes for the team.
• Interact and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams.
• Provide backup support for all work and project efforts as needed.
• Assist with team planning and growth strategy.
• Ensure execution of all industry InfoSec specific compliance matters within the team.
• Participate in major upgrades to systems, platforms and/or software.
• Participate in training on business functionality for system end users.
• Test operation of completed programs, debug as needed.
• Develop functional unit testing around developed applications for testing automation.

Additional Responsibilities/Details:

• Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis
• Adaptable and able to learn quickly and demonstrate a big picture approach when working on projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of experience in application development including web UI and API programming, business-layer programming, database programming, and CLI scripting
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing strategies
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks

Required Technical Skills (Must-have):

• C# / .NET for server-side development
• SQL Server (relational database design, querying, and data access)
• JavaScript/HTML/CSS and one modern frontend framework (React preferred; Angular or Vue acceptable)
• RESTful API design and development
• Git version control and CI/CD pipeline basics

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have):

• Relativity or other eDiscovery platform experience
• Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Redis or other caching mechanisms
• Event-driven architecture, messaging protocols, and/or stream processing
• NoSQL databases
• Enterprise Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture, and/or Microservices
• Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and distributed systems
• OAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and authorization
• Java or Python in addition to .NET
• Data engineering (data management, collection, modeling and interpretation across complex data sets)

Workmode & Shift timings:

• Work mode : Hybrid ( 3 days in a week at office)
• Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST
