Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking Principal / Sr Principal Manufacturing Systems Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, UT.
This role will support Production Operation Systems and Technology. The role will be the technical SME for the division to support System Integration and related functions within our digital tools such as SAP, CPLM, and SmartMES. The preferred candidate will be an individual with a bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem-solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and a sound foundation in Material Planning and Production Control practices. The qualified applicant will have a working knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Engineering. The candidate must have knowledge and experience of the digital tools required for manufacturing. Principal Engineer Manufacturing Systems:
Highly experienced in Siemens CPLM, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP PEO & SmartMES
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
SAP Certifications
Understanding of MRP
Experience in the performance of system integration testing
Experience writing functional specifications
Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
