Job summary

RTX is hiring an ERP Business Analyst - Order to Cash to support SAP S/4HANA deployment as part of the OneRTX Transformation.

You will collaborate with global teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful testing, cutover, and hypercare for the O2C processes.

The role is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work setup, requiring strong data mapping, requirements gathering, and end-to-end SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP experience including configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) including Project Structures, WBS Elements, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Settlement, and Project Billing.
• Experience supporting integration between SAP Project Systems, Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Contract Management, and Billing processes.
• Proven experience leading business workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting end-to-end project implementations.
• Experience supporting project-based revenue recognition, cost collection, funding management, and customer billing processes.
• Ability to lead testing cycles, defect triage, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support activities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Description

Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense? If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst - Order to Cash (O2C) to support our of S/4HANA deployment.

The OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP's S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.

This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program for the global build and ongoing deployments there after:

• Build - collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of the common and extended deployments.


• Testing - support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.


• Cutover & Hypercare - support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business' financial and operational performance.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP's S/4HANA solution.
