WSP are seeking an enthusiastic and talented ProjectWise Administrator to join the Client Delivery Solutions (CDS) Engineering Project Delivery Services Team based out of our offices in India, and we are open to applications from professionals at varying stages of their career, with the role shaped around capability and experience.

You’ll be working alongside a team of talented people in the Client Delivery Solutions Team who support the WSP business globally, in addition to key business stakeholders across all industries from the global business.

Your role will be at the heart of continued adoption, administration, configuration, and optimization of multiple ProjectWise Datasources across the EMEIA and APAC region. Using your specialist skills, you will oversee system configurations, workflow development, standards implementation, training, and process improvements to help us continually improve the management, productivity, and quality of our operations and accessibility of ProjectWise Data sources for all users in the regions.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Administering Multiple ProjectWise Datasources: Ensure the smooth operation and accessibility of ProjectWise Datasources for all users. Support and optimize integrations between ProjectWise and Bentley, Autodesk, GIS, and other engineering software platforms.
• Technical Support: Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex ProjectWise issues and system challenges. Support and optimize integrations between ProjectWise and Bentley, Autodesk, GIS, and other engineering software platforms. You will understand formal Incident Management processes and delivery to Service Level Agreements.
• Training: Develop and maintain training programs, user guides, standards documentation, and learning resources. Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses for existing users to ensure everyone can effectively use ProjectWise.
• Project Collaboration: Lead ProjectWise project setup and implementation support for complex projects and strategic initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved project delivery through ProjectWise.

Standards: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ProjectWise standards, workflows, metadata strategies, naming conventions, and document management procedures.

Qualifications

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

• Computer Science, or Information Technology degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience working with ProjectWise engineering document management systems supporting engineering, architecture, infrastructure, energy, or consulting organisations preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of ProjectWise infrastructure, Structured Query Language (SQL), Common Expression Language (CEL), administration, workflows, metadata management, security models, and document control processes.
• Strong experience in the use of Bentley Systems Applications.
• Experience supporting Autodesk, GIS, BIM, and other engineering software integrations preferred.
• Experience leading software adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
• Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology, ProjectWise PowerShell, and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple teams.
