Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions and transformation programs.
• 8+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse experience.
• Experience leading Supply Chain Planning CoEs, platform ownership, or enterprise architecture teams.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, governance, roadmap management, and enterprise planning transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Kinaxis platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mahindra's supply chain transformation objectives and business priorities.
• Serve as the enterprise solution authority for Kinaxis across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning , S&O , Supplier Collaboration and Order Fulfilment, ensuring scalable, sustainable, and future-ready solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and value realization by identifying process optimization opportunities, enhancing planning effectiveness, and improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels, and planner productivity.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and IT leadership to translate evolving business requirements into strategic Kinaxis capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Lead the Supply Chain Planning Digital Programs by building internal capabilities, establishing best practices and mentoring teams.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles, release governance, and quality controls to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing Kinaxis solutions.
• Govern platform health, adoption, performance, and business outcomes, proactively resolving systemic issues and ensuring operational stability of the planning ecosystem.
• Drive data and integration strategy by ensuring robust master data governance, planning data quality, and seamless interoperability between Kinaxis and related enterprise systems.
• Provide executive-level guidance on supply chain planning transformation, technology investments, solution trade-offs, risks, and business impact to support informed decision making.
• Define and track platform success metrics and business KPIs, ensuring measurable returns from enhancement initiatives, digital transformation programs, and ongoing platform investments.

Principal Solution Architect - Kinaxis Supply Chain

The Principal Solution Architect will serve as the overall Kinaxis solution authority within the Supply Chain digital organisation. This individual will own the architectural roadmap, solution governance, capability evolution, and business value realization of the Kinaxis platform. The role requires a combination of deep Kinaxis expertise, supply chain planning knowledge, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory capabilities to ensure that the platform continuously supports Mahindra's evolving business requirements and supply chain transformation objectives.
