Job summary

FRATITUDE Talent Advisors in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced data engineering leader to guide the Digital Transformation Division. You will spearhead the Data Engineering Teams, architect connectors for integrations, and design scalable data pipelines using microservices, Kafka, Java or Kotlin, and Elastic Search.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, explore multiple solutions, and make trade-offs aligned with customer needs, delivering robust, high-performance

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E with 6 – 10 years of experience
• Experience in instrumenting your code (telemetry, logs, etc.), and understand retries with exponential back-off, circuit breakers, etc.
• Writing tests as part of your development flow.
• Knowledge of Kafka is a plus.
• AWS, GCP or Azure experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Engineering Teams of the Digital Transformation Division.
• Lead the development of Connectors for integrations, Design and develop scalable data pipeline using a microservices architecture, Kafka, Java and/or Kotlin, Elastic Search and other latest technologies.
• Turn business requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Identify multiple solutions for each business requirement and make rational trade-offs based on the customer’s needs.
